4. The end of the handlebar can be cut in a regular bicycle shop in order to meet personal preference. Before cutting, please remove the handlebar, tightly wrap tape on both sides of the handlebar cutting line, and use the smallest blade saw to cut the fixed position.

Are they compatible with handlebar extensions? And speedometer or GPS mounts?

Yes, there are screws on the down side of the carbon mtb handlebar, allow to install speedometer or GPS mounts. And can install bar ends with diameter of 19-22mm.

Is a torque wrench required for installation?

Yes, we recommend to use a 4Nm torque wrench to tighten the screws with this integrated handlebar, avoiding strong tension which would cause cracks.
Are they resistant to scratches or marks from normal use?

It is no matter with normal use, but as the mtb handlebar is made of carbon fiber, we suggest to avoid sharp objects and excessive force on it, otherwise it might get scratches or marks.
